Vice President, Technical Operations

David is Vice President, Technical Operations at Chroma Medicine, where he leads the External Manufacturing and Clinical Supply Chain teams. He brings 20 years of experience in the biotech and medical device industry, with a focus on manufacturing strategy and operations. Prior to joining Chroma, he was Head of Technical Operations at Editas Medicine, where he led external manufacturing and clinical supply chain functions for EDIT-101, the first in vivo use of a CRISPR genome editing medicine, and EDIT-301, an autologous cell-therapy to treat sickle cell disease and beta thalassemia. Before Editas, David was Head of Reagent and Consumable Manufacturing at Bio-Rad Laboratories Digital Biology Center of Cambridge (formerly GnuBIO). David holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
